At Hotel Amic Horizonte, our three meeting rooms measure approximately 40, 80 and 150 m². They have natural light and can be arranged to suit different types of event. Available meeting facilities include wifi, screens, projection, microphones, audio equipment, whiteboards and flipcharts; tell us what your programme requires so we can confirm the setup for your dates. You might need a focused space for a leadership meeting, a room for a training day, or a larger setting for a product presentation. You will find us at Vista Alegre 1, above the Port of Palma and close to Porto Pi. The hotel sits in the western part of the city, near El Terreno, La Bonanova, the Club de Mar and the Passeig Marítim.
That location gives organisers several possibilities. A Palma company can hold an off-site meeting without taking its team away from the city. Delegates arriving from elsewhere can work and stay in the same hotel. An event agency can build time outside the meeting room into the programme, with Palma’s old town, Santa Catalina, Bellver Castle and the waterfront all part of the wider city experience.
