Every year in late January the city of Palma de Mallorca, celebrates its official saint "San Sebastian" in the most unique tradition I've ever seen, with Correfocs. People from the entire island descend to fill the streets of Palma and dance along with the devils on a procesion that leads to the Cathedral and ends with a beautiful display of Fireworks (Atiar Foc).
