Pere Coli fue reelegido presidente de la Asociación de Joves Empresaris de Balears por segunda ocasión con una renovada junta directiva , ayer en la Sala Mediterraneo del Hotel Horioznte en Palma de Mallorca . A la asamblea estaban invitados los 372 socios actuales de JOves y acudieron una buena representacion de Mallorca e incluso menorca , así como el staff de Joves y Junta directiva . La Asamblea finalizó con una agradable cena de compañerismo en la Terraza del Hotel Horizonte con el ya tradicional barbacoa de los Jueves y allí se estrecharon amistades , iniciaron contactos comerciales todo en un ambiente distendido y muy en el espiritu JOVES . Fue una velada muy agradable y con una muy buena temperatura . Agradecer a Mariano y Sofia de Portal Fitness que se unieran al evento y que grabaran este video que ya esta en youtube .   This is Mariano and Sofía . We have come from Argentina to this wonderful Island, Palma de Mallorca, and we are having a great time here, at the Horizonte Hotel. The place is just fantastic, and it has the most amazing views from our “Superior room” and from everywhere. From the restaurant, we can enjoy ourselves eating while at the same time, we have the view of the port from where the cruises come and go at all times( See  webcam.amic-hotels.com  ). From Porto Pi, which is only 500 meters away, you can also take the ships which will take you to Menorca, Ibiza and Barcelona. We have come here on business and I have to say, working from the hotel is great. There is free WIFi available for customers so it makes our work much easier. When we get tired of working, we go the the pool, which is really warm and big! There are all sorts of people here, from different nationalities and also different lifestyles. El pasado sábado 26 de Mayo celebramos una cena de Mallorca Single en el Hotel Horizonte . Donde pudimos degustar una magnifica cena, con la bahía de Palma de fondo. Después de la cena, disfrutamos de la lectura de varios poemas de los trabajos publicados e inéditos de próxima publicación de nuestro querido amigo y colaborador Antonio Rigo, el cual nos emociono y nos hizo reír con sus poemas. Yes, the hard part is the walk up the 100+ steps from the shops of Porto Pi. To get here from the Airport simply jump on the no.1 bus which is parked outside the main terminal building (along the car park walkway). It runs every 15mins through to Porto Pi at a cost of 1.80euro. Journey time around 30mins traffic permitting. The bus indicates the stop by announcement and also a sign above the driver, so no Spanish understanding required. Once you arrive you see a very clean reception area. The hotel is split into two wings and from my experience here, the rooms on the right wing are of differing quality than the left; the rooms are larger & bathrooms more modern on the left side. You also have a keycard to lock the door. On the right side the rooms are slightly smaller, the doors have standard key locks, but larger balconies with commanding views over to Palma (around 1.5km around the harbour). Este año, por segunda vez consecutiva la Feria de Abril se celebra en las proximidades del Hipódromo Son Pardo, colindante con el Polígono de Son Rossinyol. Allí, desde el día 2 8 de abril y hasta el 7 de mayo tendrá lugar una nueva edición de la Feria de Abril de Palma, que concentra a más de 500.000 personas durante sus 10 días. El recinto constara de 28 casetas en las que habrá tapeo, rumba, coplas, sevillanas, bebida y mucha diversión. Las casetas tendrán un horario desde las 10 hasta las 2 de la madrugada los días laborables y hasta las 5 los fines de semana y vísperas.
